Enrollments
1. After registration, the student owes the full tuition fee. Payment of the tuition fee must be made before the start of the first lesson, unless the dance school has agreed a different term with the student in writing. Registration can be done both in writing and electronically via e-mail or the website.
2. Discounts and other gift vouchers/discount promotions cannot be combined.
3. Salsa Brisa has the right to exclude persons from participation in a course or to deny access to our lesson locations at the times that our lessons take place, without giving any reason.
4. Salsa Brisa may cancel the course if there are valid reasons (including
force majeure situations). This may include, for example, too few students, long-term illness, etc. In case of cancellation before the start of the course, the student is entitled to
refund of full tuition. If cancellation takes place during the course, the tuition fee will be refunded in proportion to the number of lessons not yet taken
Cancel
1. There will be no refund of the tuition fee if, due to circumstances, lessons cannot be given
become. An alternative will be offered instead.
2. In case of cancellation of the course or workshop more than 7 working days after registration, 20,- Euro
cancellation costs to be paid, however, if the course or workshop is canceled within 7
working days before the start of the course, the full amount must be paid. Tuition fees
are not returned.
3. The cancellation must be made by e-mail and can be sent to: info@salsabrisa.com
you are solely responsible for checking whether the relevant written cancellation is made by us
received on time and in good order. We normally send you an acknowledgment of receipt.
The course
1. When registering, the student must be informed of: * the general content of the course * the number of lessons * the duration of a lesson * the lesson times * the start of the course * the frequency of the lessons * any other obligations
2. The course must be given by/under the responsibility of a qualified teacher who will provide the lessons to the best of her knowledge and ability.
3. If you are unable to attend, it is possible to catch up on a lesson(s) on another day in consultation with the teachers. You must cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise the right to catch up will expire. Lessons can be moved to another date due to illness, vacation, departure or absence of the teachers.
4. The absence of one or more lessons by a student without prior notification does not entitle the student to any refund of the course fee or any other form of compensation, except in very exceptional situations, which will be decided by the management of Salsa Brisa._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
Social Media
1. It is not allowed to make announcements or distribute flyers of activities of other organizations during the lesson or the social dance evenings, nor to take photos or video recordings of the lessons without the permission of the teachers._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
2. Salsa Brisa is allowed to take pictures during classes and parties for publicity purposes. As a student you tacitly agree to this unless you object in writing.
Final Provision
These are the general terms and conditions for the coming academic year 203-2024. The conditions of previous years are hereby cancelled. When registering for this academic year, the student or his legal representative agrees to all these conditions. These conditions can be changed in the meantime and errors are reserved. For all matters not provided for in these terms and conditions, the management of the Salsa Brisa decides.
Terms and conditions ticket sales Sardinia Festival 2023
1. Definition of terms
1.1 In these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms (both singular and plural) have the following meanings:
"Terms and Conditions", the Salsa Brisa Ticketing Terms and Conditions;
'Event' means the public or private event at which, by way of example, but not limited to, a performance of an artistic and/or sporting nature is performed, musical, theatre, stage or music performance, a concert, show or a dance/sports event;
'Location', the place where the event will be held;
'Organizer' (Salsa Brisa), the party responsible for the production and/or organization of the event;
'Agreement', the agreement between Salsa Brisa and the customer for the purchase and delivery of tickets;
'Ticket', the ticket to an event;
2. Applicability
2.1 The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Salsa Brisa. Tickets purchased via the webshops of Salsa Brisa are hereinafter referred to as “Tickets”.
2.2 Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of the General Terms and Conditions.
2.3 The provisions of these Conditions may only be deviated from in writing, in which case the other provisions will remain in full force.
2.4 All offers from Salsa Brisa are without obligation and subject to availability.
2.5 Salsa Brisa is entitled to check (or have checked) the data provided by the customer for accuracy. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in no agreement being concluded and/or the Tickets not being sent.
2.6 Salsa Brisa is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, if necessary without stating reasons. The agreement is concluded at all times under the resolutive condition that Salsa Brisa does not accept the order. If an order is not accepted, Salsa Brisa will communicate this in writing (by email) within 3 working days after receipt of the order.
3. Prices/Offers
3.1 All offers from Salsa Brisa are without obligation. Salsa Brisa expressly reserves the right to change the prices in the interim, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.
3.2 All prices are stated in Euros including VAT.
3.3 In some cases there are promotional prices. These prices are valid for a certain period while stocks last. These prizes cannot be claimed before or after the specified period.
3.4 Salsa Brisa cannot be held liable for price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights can be derived from unlawful price information.
3.5 Per order you pay a fixed amount of booking service costs per ticket, which may vary per Event. The service costs consist of transaction, discussion and administration costs.
3.6 Salsa Brisa expressly reserves the right to change the prices of Tickets. In case of limited availability of an offer, Salsa Brisa has the right, as soon as the offer is no longer available, to offer the same Tickets again at a higher price, without the customer being able to rely on the previous (lower) price.
3.7 Payment can be made in (one of) the manner(s) indicated during the ordering process. Further (payment-order) conditions may be imposed on the order. Salsa Brisa is not liable in the event of technical malfunctions of any nature as a result of which the (credit card) payments cannot be processed or authorized correctly or on time.
3.8 If the customer is in default with any payment, Salsa Brisa is entitled to suspend the (execution of) the agreement.
4. Use of the Tickets
4.1 Sardinia Festival 2023 Tickets cannot be taken back or exchanged and will lose their validity upon expiry of the validity date indicated on them.
4.2 Purchasers of Tickets must show these at the organizer's first request, even after entering the Event. The organizer of the Event also has the right to request personal identification.
4.3 Tickets may not be resold unless permitted by the Event organizer. In the event of resale, the organizer must immediately be informed of the personal details of the new owner of the relevant admission ticket.
4.4 It is prohibited to use Tickets for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission from the organizer of the Event.
4.5 Each ticket has a unique barcode and can therefore only be used once. Copy ticket useless. Abuse will be reported.
5. Cancellation and Return
5.1 Salsa Brisa has the right to move or cancel an event. If this happens, Salsa Brisa will of course try to provide a suitable solution. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee anything and are not responsible for any costs incurred.
5.2 Before confirming your reservation, always check that you have reserved the correct tickets. Salsa Brisa is not obliged to take back or exchange tickets once sold.
5.3 Salsa Brisa is not liable for reimbursement or refund of the tickets purchased in the event of event cancellation.
5.4 Salsa Brisa will under no circumstances be obliged to reimburse more than the ticket price paid. This means, among other things, that any additional costs that the customer has paid for the services provided by Salsa Brisa, such as administration costs, will never be reimbursed.
5.5 Salsa Brisa accepts no liability for any other direct or indirect costs and/or expenses incurred.
6. Payments
6.1 Salsa Brisa accepts iDEAL, Bancontact and SEPA payments. Only when the payment has been approved will you receive a confirmation that your order is final.
7. Delivery
7.1 The tickets will be delivered as PDF by e-mail immediately after receipt of the order. Tickets are also presented as a PDF document on the customer's computer screen after payment. The Customer must print out this PDF document himself and bring it with him to the Event, or show the digital version.
